It has been kind of a busy few weeks for us...thus no blog posting. All four of us caught the flu the week before last...and then last week was kind of spent "recovering" from our flu week (catching up on laundry, water vacuuming the carpets and getting the house back in shape). This past weekend we were kind of back in our groove though, back outside working on projects. Wes picked up a load of mulch and Aiden was quite the helper getting it spread around.
Here's our Sunday morning breakfast. I think it's Darth Vader...Wes picked up Star Wars pancake molds while he was in DesMoines this past week. Aiden was excited, but not knowing a thing about Star Wars he called them monsters. I think we're going to have to get a new pan though...ours had a bit of a hump to the middle and didn't quite let the mold sit flat on the pan. Still very yummy though! And I caught another great photo of the boys recently. Aiden pulled his little chairs down from his bedroom, scooted them together and said, "Here Mom, Take a picture." I'm always game for that. :)
