Mary and Terry came up this weekend for Chalk the Walk uptown. Unfortunately I forgot to take my camera uptown to take pictures like I always do. There were quite a few really cool ones this year. I'll look for a link to photos tomorrow...hopefully the newspaper will post a few.
We also got a few projects almost completed this weekend. The bathroom got just about all of it's trim work put up and is ready for me to do a little sanding and some paint work to wrap things up!!
And while I was work-working on the computer inside, everybody else was outside building us two raised strawberry beds. I'm very excited!! I'll be calling for a load of dirt this week and hopefully can get strawberries planted in the next couple of weeks. The boys of course got in on the action, and were real good helpers...
...as well as entertainers. :)
Annie commented on the phone how much we will enjoy freezing strawberries and making jam...I'm not so sure. I'm pretty sure my little strawberry junkie will polish it off every year with no problem at all. :)
It was another great weekend with family.
