Sunday morning we woke up at the crack of dawn and headed West. It rained on us a good chunk of the ride over and we all thought we'd be running from building to building. But it turned out to be a very nice day and the ominous clouds kind of kept the crowds away at least during the morning. Here is Jude bear at his first state fair, ticket in hand. No excitement showing at all. wink, wink :)
And definitely no excitement here. :) Actually Aiden couldn't stop talking about going to the fair all week. Every day I swear I would have to tell him at least twice that we weren't going to the fair until the weekend. Waiting is such a hard thing to do when you're three.
The chicken barn was the first that we went into and Aiden was totally into it. Very serious. Checking out all of the chickens, making comments...so excited his hands were rubbing together with all of his extra energy.
Here's our little guys together at the fair.
And here's the rest of us (minus Wes who's taking the photo). Breakfast down by the horse barn.
There are always tractors and bobcats to be tested...in truth, every single bobcat had to be tested.
