So it's been a while...yeah, I know...I owe everyone a new post. Two boys have a way with keeping their ol' Ma rather busy. Blah, blah, etc. :)
So how about a little distraction from the topic!?
Here's a little bit of what I get to keep up with.

A Rock star puppet stage! (don' cha know)
Equipped with bearing wall cushions there in the back, ottoman stage and a Frank Gehry'esk facade - aka our favorite red flowered blanket in the house. A giraffe puppet designed and created at Awanas holds the audiences complete attention. Jude is the muscle. Yeah...they keep me entertained. :)
Over Thanksgiving we traveled to LeMars and reeled in a little of the green stuff. Didn't know we had a World Poker Champion amongst us. OK, may-be it wasn't poker...but that's a poker face if I ever saw one!!
His opponents...a tough lot.
But obviously no match!
By the way, that's probably not Dr. Pepper in the background...and it's probably not 9 o'clock at night. And he's probably not having any fun at all. :)
While we weren't rolling in the big bucks, we helped Grandpa Terry put up his funky retro Christmas tree. No reproduction here...this is the real deal!
Oh yea...and Elsie helped too. :) Good Girl!
When we got back home, there was work to do that next week. The boys spent a whole afternoon outside with their Dad pushing snow. Notice I said pushing snow...not so much clearing snow yet, but that will come right?? :)
