This magnolia is one of Wes and my favorite trees in our yard. We planted it several years ago...I'm guessing / wishing it was the same year that Aiden was born, but quite honestly I'm not sure. All the same, I've decided that it's going to be a yearly tradition to take a photo of the boys in front of the magnolia each year when it blooms. We can track the growth of all three. :) So here is round one of our new little tradition.

It was absolutely perfect weather today, and I think we spent a good 5 hours outside. Riding bikes, tricycles and tractors, throwing the ball around, swinging and coming down the slide. I even got a smidge of knitting done while sitting outside!!
Aiden is really starting to get the hang of his bike. Wes had to put the seat up a few inches which made pedaling much easier, and now he's running all sorts of circles around the drive way. 
Jude likes to ride the big, kid equipment too...but since he can't quite reach the pedals he has devised a new way to "get the job done."
