Getting Dressed

Mr. Aiden has been practicing putting on his own clothes lately. In the morning he changes out of his PJ's and puts them in the PJ drawer and then makes a good attempt at putting on the clothes that Mom lays out for him. This morning he got to pick out his own clothes, and this is the outfit he came down with...green swim trunks and a hawkeye sweatshirt (on an 80 degree day). I told him he would get hot in the shirt, but he assured me that he would not. And he hasn't complained once today!! The outfit made me smile all day. Jude got an outfit that made me smile as well. I love this bulldog shirt that Aiden had when he was this age. It's one of my favorites. Plus, I get to see those chubby legs of his all day long...which always make me smile. :) The walker came downstairs this morning. Jude is up and down from crawling to standing constantly, so I figued it was about time to pull it out. Jude gave it a good look over, and tried it out with me holding it. He wasn't quite sure about it moving...that will come later.

And this last photo I took at the DesMoines Cosco store. Jude rode around the whole time with his feet up on the handle bar. It struck both Wes and I as being pretty cute.
