Sometimes we get too busy with life - meeting deadlines, going here & there, mowing lawn, etc, etc...that we fail to see some of the extraordinary ordinary happening around us every day.
A brother relationship developing and bonds being made. The happiness we find in just being close to one another. May-be an impromptu hug.
The other morning we slowed it down a notch, located ourselves on the living room floor and let the business sit, while we focused on the important things.
I think one of the most important jobs that Moms have is seeing the miracles in our ordinary everydays. Sometimes it takes an effort to slow down and see it. Here's hoping you get the opportunity to see the extraordinary ordinary on your special day!!

I think Aiden enjoyed the day...singing to one of Mom's favorite songs. I think he knows as many words as I do. :)
