Thursday evening Aiden headed home with Grandma to spend a few days on the farm. Wes and I had a class at church Saturday morning...and since Grandma watches him all day Friday anyway, it just made more sense to save a few miles in the car. Thursday they stopped and suprised Grandpa at work, where little man got to play with a cool car under Grandpa's desk. And when they got back to the farm all he could talk about was the tractor, truck and the barn.
And he was soon to learn about baby kitties too!!
Before dinner Thursday evening, Grandma and Aiden said grace. With Aiden's hands in hers, Grandma proceeded to thank God for their food. But after Grandma said Amen, Aiden kept holding onto her hands and said very seriously, "tractor"....so Grandma thanked God for the tractor...and then Aiden said "truck"....and so Grandma thanked God for the truck. Finally, Aiden was happy and satisfied with Grandma's prayer and they ate dinner.Here are a few little videos of their adventures in the barn:
